During capital repairs of loaders are fulfilled the following kinds of work:

  • The total disassemble of loader, washing, remove of old paint and rust, prepare of body to painting.
  • Painting of body with preliminary prime coating.
  • Repair of driving axle: change of brake shoes, cylinders, bearings, lubricant, adjustment of change of reduction gear, paining.
  • Repair of driven axle: change of bearings, lubricating oil, steering-wheel tips, springs, painting.
  • Electrical motors: change or repair.

    Hydraulic system: change of pump, change or repair of distributive valve, angling cylinders, hoses, washing of oil tank and change of grease. Load lifter:

  • change of piston cup of elevation cylinder, change of bearings, of ways, frames of load board, painting. There is a possibility to change the load lifter for another in order to get the necessary height of lifting.
  • Electrical equipment; change of power wirings, plait of control, contacts and contactors, reverse switch, voltmeter.
  • Wheel: change.
  • Seat of driver: change.
  • Assemble and adjustment of loader.

    Capacities of Technical centre and ability of spare parts storehouse let fulfil the total capital repairs of auto- and electro-loaders in the shortest terms.

    After capital repairs the Technical centre gives 6 months guarantee and also privilege after-guarantee service.

    Adjustment and putting into operation of non-standard technics, repair works of separate units and details also belong to services of Technical centre.

    Technical centre implements the whole volume of repair and technical service of loader technics:

  • Repair of aggregate and mechanism of brake system
  • Mounting, technical service and repair of turn mechanism and running gear of machines
  • Tin and welding works, copper and forge works
  • Pre-sale prepare

  • Technical service and repair of machines, which use alternative kinds of fuel

  • Technical service and repair of equipment, devices and instruments

  • Equipment of Technical centre allows to output loaders of the secondary manufacture that is loaders which were under certified capital repairs.

    Our technical centre performs re-cycle of Balcancar loaders. We use only original spare parts of Balkancar works manufacture during their repair or renewal. Originality of spare parts is secured by ability of contracts with all works manufacturers of lifting-transport technics of “Balkancar” mark, which belonged to “Balkancar-Holding” system: “Balkancar shestoye (6-e) sentyabrya” (Town Sophia),

    “Balkancar Ruen” (Town of Asenovgrad), “Balkancar Dunav” (Town of Lom), “Balkancar Iskr” (Town of Mezdra), “Balkancar ZPDEA G. Kostov” (Town of Sophia).

    For the secondary manufacture are used loads, manufactures not earlier of 1995, wear and tear of which does not exceed 40 %. From the original loader is left only cast-iron counterbalance, metal frame and beams of axles. The following units and aggregates are changed for new: starter, generator, electric wiring, tires, RVD (all flexible joints of hydraulic system), glands, cuffs, brake pads, brake shoes, steering wheel, seat, bonnet.

    Capital repairs of engine are carried out with change of rings, bushes, sprayers and also generator, pumps and so on. Then there are tests of engine on the special stand (20-30 motor-hours). There is also a repair of hydrodynamic gear-box, driving and driven axle with obligatory change of details, units and aggregates which are worn more than by 40%. Body works in prime-coating and painting are carried out in all kinds and models of loaders. After aforesaid works are performed the resource of the loaders is renewed by 90% from new one and their appearance differs from new loaders only with colour.
